I don’t want to be the debbie downer here and I would absolutely love PJ Washington, but this isn’t evidence at all. The latter two is just because he probably expects to be traded somewhere, the 1st also could mean his trainer just wants to live in Texas and isn’t like he is following the entire Mavs roster.
I’m more for PJ Washington than Grant Williams, actually, but let’s wait and see. If Nico can turn Timmy, Holmes, Bullock and McGee into PJ Washington, he deserves a statue in a corporative box somewhere.

Would you give up the 1st in ’27 in a sign-in-trade? The rebounding numbers are pretty low for a PF and that’s where the Mavs struggle. Though, his youth and potential shooting ability might be worth it.
