James Harden is the best move for the Knicks!!! He's a one year rental playing the next season for a big contract so he will be playing his best. Now next summer Donavon Mitchell, OG Anoby and Giannis will be on the market so RJ is gone next year anyhow!!! Now Harden's game isn't wild like in the past and he gives you 10 ast and 25 pts a game which is better than RJ!!! Now RJ and Fountier's contract matches Harden's money so it's just a draft pick or two to get a deal done. Plus James Harden might be the right play for Randle and Brunson because there styles match in my opinion.

Said the same thing on multiple Knick channels. Wanted them to make some form of play for Myles Turner, but seeing their moves based around him we’d probably have to give up too much. I do hope we find a way to grab Dillion Brooks. Him and Julius Randle together would bring back that Anthony Mason/Oakley feel from the 90s. Meanwhile we take it slow and get a star next year. Hopefully we get Donovan Mitchell after his contract expires💯 and the Cavs don’t try to cash him in a year early, learning from the LeBron move.

James Harden is at the tail end of his career. Those jab and dancing steps to the cup the refs are not even letting him go to the line anymore like the way they used to send him, plus he’s not finishing at the rim the way he used to. Also, when Harden becomes disgruntled for whatever reason, he quits on the team and he’ll get out of shape, perhaps to show his frustration. Knicks are foolish to sign this guy.
