Fred’s an all time great Raptor. Happy to move on from him, don’t get me wrong, that contract would have been too much to stomach. But the way a vocal portion of this sub turned him ….
It’s the same people that hated on Nick, Demar, Siakam in the bubble etc. They are more addicted to hating the team / players than supporting them. Watch them come for Scottie now when he isn’t an All NBA player in his third season

Facts! I’m so tired of seeing people here hating on our team and wanting to give our players away for nothing. Process style tanking is painful and rarely work. Seriously people who want to see this team lose should go find another team to “cheer” for like Detroit or Houston.
I just want this team to play exciting basketball again.

In the end, could just be as simple as a mismatch in perspective, where experience (vets) and talent (youth) both just being too stubborn to compromise.
I think we just hope that the coaching and player changes help to find a place where everyone can play together as a team; and Houston with Fred may be amazing – who knows 🤷♀️
We really can’t read too much into any of this reporting or gif-watching. We know nothing of what happened behind doors, and everyone has an agenda.

some ppl in this sub don’t know what it’s like to play on a team or be in that kind of environment and it shows. it’s not always gonna be sunshine and rainbows with your teammates. sometimes ppl need to be held accountable in order for the team to be at its best. players are gonna have disagreements with each other and working through them is part of what makes a team improve. you’re not always gonna be on the same page 100% of the time, it’s normal for every team to go through patches like this

I used to come here and learn a lot about our team, but it seems to have gone from ideas and perspectives to pure FVV vitriol, how can we trust management they are blowing it… And of course many in here have a crystal ball and they all saw this coming and they were right all along.

I still like both guys, people acting like we gotta hate FVV for some reason. I still love Demar and hes a bull, I still love Kyle and hes a heat, I still love Marc Gasol and his knees dont even work anymore. out of all the players in the league its pretty easy to like most of them

Fred was a major contributor to our only chip. He’ll always have a spot in our hearts. But we had to move on. Scottie has a lot to show us. He’s been given the keys a little bit here, hopefully he’s up to the challenge.
