You are quite wrong about one part, the suns DO control their future draft to SOME extent. They still have a frp every other year it just has the rights for swap traded away. But they get either their pick or WashingtonBKs
He won’t retire here because Ishbia is a businessman and he’ll need draft picks in a couple years. Fail or succeed, this group will someday be traded for picks. It’s business.
