Don’t think any Knicks fan have many bad things to say about Spree. He revived his image a bit here, gave us some fun times that extended our Ewing days/runs, and now he’s often at the game (probably as a hostage of Dolans, but still). Apparently he’s also a good guy to fans. I honestly wish my high school self paid more attention to him and those runs than I did to the current state of Canibus vs LL Cool J.

I was only a kid at the time but I loved watching Spree and Allan Houston on the wing.
Ferocious tomahawk dunks, streaky shooting (set some records from 3 at the time) and clearly played his ass off. His open court speed was tremendous.
