Of course we did. We're a losing city…
Seeing that the nba has created the in season tournament, I would like to propose the bulls to have the younger players go play in it.
The regular season would have the regular starters.
But for the tournament, it would involve the younger players and bench players so they can gain experience and improve their skills.
They would not have this much playing time other than summer league and practice.
