* Ryan Rollins’ attire for middle school was exclusively oversized zip-up hoodies.
* Q is trying his best to have Jordan Goodwin energy while having none of the skill.
* Patrick Baldwin Jr gets it.
* I don’t think Xavier Cooks has actually dunked in his entire life and I’m starting to think his mixtape from Australia was heavily edited.
* Johnny Davis is still Johnny Davis. I have no clue whether that is a good thing or a bad thing.
* Doris Burke is still a baddie.
* Bilal is very fun to watch and I have already told myself he will be a 10x all star.
* I am in need of Dawkins’ barber.

Bilal, JD, and PBJ did pretty well. Cant say much about the rest
SmokeEater757
Man Jackson needs to chill. He drove every time and threw up some bullshit.
Solid-Confidence-966
The guys who we’re worried about looked good, although I’m afraid Ryan Rollins might be getting calls from the Sharks in a few years
Oldschoolhollywood
I feel more hopeful after one game than I did after the entire summer league last year.
SO much potential out there.
blitzKriegzzz
some nice stuff from Davis, Coulibaly, and PBJ.
* Davis gotta be more aggressive the whole game
* Coulibaly showed nice flashes, but his shots gotta get a lot better
* Coach needs to spend some time with Rollins and Jackson and introduce the concept of passing

Kinda felt like the Pacers were smurfing for that first half. Blocked everything. Mathurin was awesome. Nembhard was also great. They’re going to be a great team.
Good:
– Team defense was pretty solid and the individual defensive effort from everyone was 10/10. That run we had to bring the game within striking distance was powered by excellent defense.
– Bilal showed flashes. Loved that block.
– Johnny looks like an actual for real NBA player, kinda. Definitely looks more composed. He had a nice little handle on the last shot he took where he kept the dribble alive. So proud of him for bouncing back.
– PBJ’s jumper is very satisfying to watch. It’s effortless. Bilal needs to take notes.
– Vukcevic’s individual defense was actually *not bad*. Shot wasn’t falling but his form is fundamentally sound.
Bad:
– That first half. Lmao.
– QJ and Rollins were supermassive black holes. Please pass the ball. You don’t need to keep testing Jarace Walker. He’s gonna keep blocking you.
– Rebounding was bad and we didn’t play our only true center, Osunniyi.
– Bilal’s shooting form. Not great! He’ll get there eventually though.
On to the next one!

that block by Bilal was still so amazing to watch.
For the guys that’ll actually get some run on our team I liked what I saw (JD, PBJ, Coulibaly) but man a few of those guards looked like chuckers, optimistic though
MartialMartian
Y’all are being real kind with Bilal… lol PBJ is the only guy who I didn’t mentally cuss out in my head.

I am so fucking excited man, not just about the young guys but did yall see Kuz and Poole courtside? These mfs are best friends already and I wanna watch that duo play already with our young guys

Got what I wanted out of Bilal Tbh. He shot a lot more than I expected and unfortunately didn’t make a lot of the shots, but man I was impressed with the guys length. He is gonna be a problem defensively for sure, as well as a guy opposing defenses will have to be careful about on those put back dunks. This man can HOP

Bilal seems raw as fuck. But the talent is there. Hopefully Wizards have a new development staff and bring him to his full potential
ImprobablePlanet
1:Bilal looked really raw—just like everyone said he was going to be. Nothing to worry about there.
2:Tristan and PBJ both looked more athletic than what I was expecting. Baldwin looks really encouraging.
3: Considering our squad, I thought they did pretty damn good against that Pacers team with who they have playing, especially fighting back from that huge deficit.

My takeaways:
-PBJ is going to be really fucking good. His stroke is smooth and he moves very well for a 6’11 guy. I didn’t realize he was only 20! I think we really got a steal with him -JD needs to work on his touch but he looked waaaaay more confident out there and it makes a world of difference. He had some solid defensive moments out there too. Happy for him, I think he can actually have some significant growth if he keeps the mentality -BC is clearly an athletic freak. I can absolutely see the potential and I actually don’t think he’s as much of a project as I was thinking. He needs to work on his jumper and learn how to adjust his handles to his frame, but the dude literally was jumping out of the gym and can get the basket like nothing already. I think we are going to get some insane highlights out of him very soon -QJ tried way too hard this game. You can still tell he’s got it, but he needed to pass it more in this game and slow down just a little. I still think he has a ton of potential, just a bit too excited to try to outshine everyone this game -Vuk clearly has a good shot and he can actually move a bit better than I thought. Tough to takeaway much from him since we were trying him out as a center which isn’t his natural position. Not really fair to throw him on Isaiah Jackson (super athletic bouncy center) on his first outing when he’s likely more of a PF -Rollins showed flashes imo, but looked a bit disjointed. Can’t really blame him though, literally had one day of practice. I think he looks like a solid addition, he can clearly score -Xavier Cooks looks like the definition of a glue guy. Does all the little things right and does them well. Looked like the only guy with a lot of experience on the floor (bc he was). He reminds me of AG -We played basically an entire NBA team tonight and still managed to make it close -This team is way more watchable than previous Wizards summer league teams, although it is going to be rough with no true center -Summer League reffing is garbage -The summer league quality of basketball is trash. 60% of the time guys are just running full speed up and down the court missing shots with no ball movement. The first half was terrible for both teams imo. The second half was much better once the teams slowed it down and started playing within a system.

Bilal looked REALLLYYYY good
Jo_Gray
The fact PBJ got included in that trade will forever sting! Happy he played well for you tonight 😪

Just like Mark Jones said, Customer Service is a good nickname for Coulibaly because he puts shots on hold! ☎️

Thinking back to Davis’ first summer league game last year it’s like night and day how much better he looked tonight.
Still got a lot of work ahead of him but the signs are there.

who the person here that makes the clips of Wizards?

that block reminds me a combination of Giannis’ blocks in this video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giVKh5PBEHA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giVKh5PBEHA)
at both 0:40 and 1:40. That wingspan is crazy.
