Thanks Chev for always speaking the truth about Pascal. Every day there are rumors about teams asking for Pascal. He is our best player and is smack in the middle of his prime. We are lucky to have a player of that caliber and character who wants to stay. I wish Masai would just publicly shut all of these trade rumors down. It helps noone.

This whole trade Pascal narrative that being pushed IMO is nefarious in nature. It seems to organized. There are entities both here in Canada and down in the US that would love nothing more than to see this NBA franchise out of this city and country for good. And they are using both mainstream media and social media to push their narrative to sow disruption to lead their agenda.
I can’t get into in depth on a YouTube comment section about the intricacies of how and why it’s being done but for the Canadians is about pushing Hockey back to the forefront in the minds and households of the younger demographic who is more interested in basketball than hockey now for some time.
And for the Americans it’s mostly about that NBA TV deal. They TV networks get their money from advertising. Companies pay TV network for advertising slots to advertise their products to the most profitable demographics. If the company doesn’t see a particular area as being viable they will not want to advertise during a game that is being broadcasted region that they need as being financially significant to their bottom line. A lot of American companies don’t feel it’s financially viable to advertise to a Canadian market as opposed to an American one.

3rd comment. Right there with you on trusting Masai. Always have, always will. I don't have time to flip flop on Masai. He assembled a championship team, we cannot overlook that because there are teams older than the Raptors that haven't won a championship.
4th comment, I ain't gonna dump on Fred. I will just say it like it is. He is built for a 6th man role but got away as a Starter. Fred slick with his tongue for the Reporters because he was feeding them. When you caught up betting on yourself, you never enjoy the moment. That is the blessing and the curse.
5th and final comment. If Pascal is the hardest worker on the team why would i get rid of the blueprint for working on the team.
Remember, Scottie's comment is NN let them play freely. Scottie doesn't now about adversity in the league so it will take an extra 1 to 2 years for him to matter. Scottie needs structure and the team needs Pascal while Scottie finds his path to success. Pascal is consistent with the team over an 82 games season.
Klow never listened to coaches and was extremely difficult. He took accountability and matured. He started listening and involving himself and the rewards were a dream come true. I wish more of the kids would look at him as an example.
Only way they getting Pascal is if three teams get together, pool all their picks for 5 years together for 15 FRP total and sign Pascal for 3 years and they share him for one year each like them kids who want that new toy but can't afford it with their individual bank. They need to create a new poverty trade clause because all these teams are running out of resources even when trading for trash players like Gobert. If that's the price for Gobert, they can't afford an actual great player. Hawks gave John Collins how much? 🤣 Where is he now?
