  1. Comparing him to pre 2000s bigs as rookies would be totally unfair.
Russell, Wilt, Kareem, Walton, Hakeem, Ewing, Robinson, Shaq, Duncan
They all had 2 to 4 years of college and came in closer to finished products. Also a bigmans job was way simpler before 2010 the game on both ends was mostly only played within 10ft of the basket.

    For post 2000s great bigmen
    Yao 22year old rookie 13pts 8reb rookie
    Dwight Howard 12pts 10reb
    Anthony Davis 13pts 8reb
    Giannis 12pts 6reb in his 2nd year.
Jokic stayed overseas 1 extra season 10pts 7reb as a rookie.
Towns 18pts 10reb the best rookie bigman since Duncan improved the least.
Embiid didn't play until the 3rd year after being drafted 20pts 7reb "rookie"
    Evan Mobley 15pts 8reb rookie

There's no way Wembenyama is in the Kwame Brown , Hasheem Thabeet bust category. He will be an allstar at minimum by his 4th year 23years old at worst.

    Health is my only concern.

  2. Charles Barkley Moses Malone Dennis Rodman Karl Malone Wilt Chamberlin Shack, these big guys have no patients w pretzels

  3. Is just summer league I will judge him when he plays the real season and play off's if the spurs make it.

  4. I think the title is incorrect?? "…….as Spurs beat Trailblazers?"
The final score was POR 85 – SAS 80.
