Jason's take on the Lillard situation summed it up the best of anyone that I have seen or read. Yes it is an almost certainty that all parties knew that once DL signed that huge extension is that he would be traded. But you have to have braying jackasses like Kendrick Perkins/Nick Martin/Broussard etc yammer on and on for clickbait (or in Perkins' case because they are drooling morons). Also I also thought that OKC made a huge amount of sense. DL is used to a small market, they have so many firsts they need to burn them in the next year or so, and Dame can still continue his "letter o" theme. OKC would immediately become a Top 4 team in the West.

I don't see Summer League as any type of indicator. Some people look great and then the regular season happens and they barely get any playing time or don't do that well.
