  1. Don’t work on weight. I think that’s the mistake they all do. Flexibility is the key. These tall guys always run into ligament and soft tissue issues. Too much weight with that height will just lead to making him more injury prone. Lol do yoga and stretching young man! Deep tissue massages before and after every game!

  3. i like him. i really do..but this is summer League. He wont be able to do this on much better,quicker and heavier defenders. Not at all.
