Gee, it’s like we could’ve picked him at #2 or traded down to get him or something idk 🥲 /s (then again, we wouldn’t have LoonGod so there’s a price to pay had we gone thru with that)

Gonna go sit in a bathtub. Preferably with toaster plugged in to the outlet. God bless

We’re only missing Lamelo’s story about how Kerr changed his life too.

Hali was the dude I wanted sigh.

I think Hali can make the 50/40/90 club one day. His career numbers are basically 48/41/86 and last season he averaged 49/40/87.
Kerr knows what he’s talking about.

Who signed off on Wiseman? I’d love to hear the entire story

2020 draft will always be a moral victory for me. I was extremely high on Hali and low on Wiseman. I remember posting my opinions on wiseman the month leading up to the draft on this sub and ended up debating wiseman stans for days.

Lacob wanted his guy wiseman and the rest is hostory

Thanks Bob. Won’t miss you picking up athletes who don’t have any basketball IQ.

I had plenty of time to scout this draft with the pandemic going on and all the time it was delayed. I thought about it waaaaay too much. Nobody asked for this, but I feel like I need closure, so here you go:
I really liked Haliburton too because he hit NBA 3’s in college, nothing cheap there. He was also a great passer. I thought the shot was too blockable though, so kudos to Kerr for the clarity. His official wingspan also shrunk by 4+ inches at one point which also made me like him a little less. Lastly, I saw a video of him playing before the draft where he did not look very mobile, but he was also coming off a fractured wrist injury, and plus there was that whole lockdown thing, so it was excusable
I did want the W’s to trade down and grab a couple of wings if possible. I had a list in order of players I really wanted: Okoro (oops), Haliburton, Okongwu (not a wing, but a switchable big is good enough), Nesmith, Vassell, Avdija, Bey, Josh Green, and then Bane (oops again).
Ant, Wiseman, and LaMelo were always going top 3. I hated Ball because of the family baggage, Ant had the terrible interview right before where he didn’t seem to care about b-ball (false flag), and Wiseman was a big who I thought would be exposed on the perimeter on defense.
I don’t fault anyone for Wiseman, just a bad year and bad circumstances to be drafting.

That’s because Steve Kerr hangs monster dong. Metaphorically. Unless…

It always bothered me when coaches/trainers want to change a player’s shooting motion. Specially when he is able to hit shots like that.

I always thought that Kuminga would change his shot, but if Kerr was good with Haliburton’s I’m sure they’re fine with JK’s

This hurts
If only we could’ve traded down a few spots
