Feels like it should be longer if he’s essentially sitting this season out
I would hope so cuz he ain’t doing much this year
Is this the first time a team has done this? Recently I read into 2 way contracts and found out this could be done but I don’t think it’s ever happened before. Makes sense with the injury, I also wonder what will happen if he doesn’t play this yr? The players eligibility to play on a two way contract I believe is purely based on how many years he has in the league. If he doesn’t play this yr, his first yr wouldn’t start till his first game in the NBA. It’ll be interesting and it seems like the Wolves are really figuring out how to utilize two way contracts
Really like this pick. But him essentially redshirting means we might need another role player. There’s one fit I really like for the Wolves, surprised no one else has snatched him yet
