Why try getting Siakam in the first place?
This team is a great fit to develop organically..
There are two players who have shown All-Star potential. 3 if you count Wendell Carter.
Add to that Fultz who is trying to overcome his shot issues, add to that Black who looks like another talented young guy.
As well as Suggs and Howard who are also still developing and you’ve got a core that can take the next steps together and be an era in Orlando.
Why force things with the addition of current All-Stars while the rest of the team isn’t even close to being that successful?
When did it work out to fast track success?
The Celtics broke apart with their Hayward and Kyrie additions.
The Lakers traded their whole young core for AD after getting LeBron.
I really don’t see the need to try to fast track anything right now and am really content with seeing the young guys develop for 2 more years before this team might cause a major uproar.
