I feel like the Lakers finding talent late in the draft or undrafted all together is becoming a self fulfilling prophecy. These prospects know that if they come here and work hard and play smart, they can earn minutes. I hope that this is something we can continue well past the Lebron era.

I think it’s interesting that he calls Ham by his first name publicly instead of coach or coach Ham. I don’t even think Bron refers to him as just Darvin when speaking to the media.

Why is this guy getting so much hype? I haven’t watched him at all, and not to hate but he wasnt even a rotation piece last year, and he’s playing against g league skill players or worse most of the tim3le in SL.
Someone enlighten me, I just wanna more about him that isn’t box scores

Very humble, but he already has proven to me that he can make a HUGE difference for us. The shooting is there, that alone should warrant playtime, but his defense and playmaking are both great!

He’s a 95% FT shooter shooting like 26/27 from the FT line so far. His attitude alone shows he deserves a spot. He’s not looking for sympathy. He wants to earn it. Too many younger players expect a spot just because they get into the league.

I am high on this dude. He has a great bball body, so many tools and is soooooo young! He may break out into something special.
