  1. And this my friends is the perfect example of the NBA is a business😂😂that man gave a decade of his life to that franchise just to be blueballed

  2. All of that and more can be done but without having to say weather or not "The Blazers Don't Owe Dame A DAMN THING"….
This is a clear case of the media helping an ORG get it's way and maintaining the status quo.
Damn had to refocus what was within his control to maximize SINCE THE FUCKING BLAZER HAS DONE NOTHING TO MAXIMIZE DAMIAN LILLARD'S WASTED LIFE AND TIME IN PORTLAND.
Like wtf did the Blazers do to put themselvs in any form of title contention during the time they had Dame on lock?
Damian Lillard was paid for being THE FUCKING SUPER STAR HE IS. The Blazers did nothing to build a team to win a title and thus never giving Damian Lillard a chance to fail at winning a title. The Blazer made millions having a star attraction in Damian Lillard and Dame was robbed of having a title shot.
The Blazers and the City of Portland owe Damian Lillard more than the media will allow themselves to admit.

  3. Don’t worry. This type of corporate squeeze your talking about will most likely happen to you as well! Careful what you preach!

  4. Well he did stay loyal to the city believing they would give him a contending team but they failed to do so and now entered into a rebuild, so they do owe him for his loyalty and his professional commitment and respect the work the man has put in for building the franchise and for the fans.

  5. Yes they do. That man stayed loyal for over a decade lmao. Plus there aren’t too many teams that will trade for a 33 year old that doesn’t want to be there anyways. He’ll be in Miami in a month. Stop bootlicking corporations.

  6. Then the team should've tried to make a good fucking roster and not have a rapist HC who's as competent as Jason Kidd

  7. The Blazers owe everything to Dame. Couldn't ask for a more loyal player and as a lifelong Blazers fan Dame deserves to try and earn a ring in the twilight years of his career

  8. I'm really torn, I guess it all comes down to your perspective, did Dame take the deal for more money? Or did he do it to give Portland a chance to contend? If the latter is true then Portland wouldn't have gotten ANY assets for Dame so they should tank him for being loyal enough to even get them 2 picks and Herro and not leaving years ago. Anything else would be a disservice.

  9. It's easy to be loyal to your team when they're paying you a shit ton of money 😅

  10. It's not Dame's fault why they aren't contending. Dame waited 11 yrs just to have Jerami Grant as the 2nd highest contract of the team? I'll ask for a trade too because I know we ain't contending. The blazers owe Dame's time by not contending on those 11 yrs.

  11. The trailblazers fans rooted for the team because of dame, we want him in miami, we want to see him win.

For you to say we want him anywhere else is obscene. and any fan that says they agree wasn't a true trailblazer fan.

Its frustrating to see other people dictate where he should go, you have no idea what dame and the fans have been through together.

For you to say they paid him for loyalty is crazy. He was and is worth every penny rn.

This has to be the worst takes ive ever seen.

  12. It is not about money, it is about value. Dame is a Top 10 player in the league and he has been with the Blazers his whole career and they have fucked him over. If the Blazers want to do right, trade him to Miami or people will not go to Portland. They never got Dame enough help ever
