I finally got to meet David Thompson. I went to Dick’s sporting goods for a signing. The line was shocking small. I was literally first in line for a signing for the first time in 30 years. The line thinned out and I was able to go back and talk to him for a few minutes. He was super nice, even signed multiple items for free.
