DETROIT WENT HIGHEST UPSIDE .. I THINK AUSAR THOMPSON CAN BE SPECIAL IN THE NBA 🏀 ..
This is a Great Pick. These Twins are Athletic Unicorns that are still growing physically and Fundamentally. In Addition, the have High Basketball IQ which a lot of Freakish Athletic Players don't because they rely on their Physical Attributes. Ausar is 6'7" 220 SF that has Point Guard Handles and he can shoot the 3 and a Defensive Monster. We finally got that Athletic 3 D Player who has a High Basketball IQ.
Two different opinions, score first or shoot first. But the more I tape I see of Ausar I like as a scorer, he can rebound and steal at a very good level. But my question what plans do the Pistons have for him, OG or starting 3, and if 3 is he big enough on the NBA level?
I wonder who these guys would prefer , knowing what we know now about Whitmire.

Ausar and Amen is both great players but I think Ausar is a little better?
Detorit should have traded up with their second pick to draft Whitmore along with Ausar. Rarely do you see a projected #5 pick fall all the way to 20.
