Cronin gets what he wants by doing nothing. It's up to Heat or another team to offer Cronin something good enough to get him off his sweet spot. Time is Cronin's best friend.

If I was Riley, I'd stick to my guns. I'd go ahead and sign Christian Wood, before he is snatched. I'd sign Dragic to a minimum deal too as a backup. Fill out the rest of the Team already. Then when Dame comes in, everything falls into place.
Herro is worth at least a middle round 1st and 2 2nd Rounders. He will be a true star by 25. He is still going to mature and improve in the next 2 years.
