  1. SkyHook was use by the player who was the #1 scorer of the league and it's F ?

  2. I've never understood why you are allowed to shove defenders around in the post, but not running down the paint

  3. i don’t know what i’d do without this channel. The amount of free game you’ve put us on is crazy. Thanks coach

  4. Back down? Where you ram your whole shoulder into defender like ab actual attack move from Chinese martial art?

  5. Thank you frikki! I have been using these moves at practices and tryouts and that’s why I am in the AAU league for ohio. And as a tall guard it really helps with this video

  6. My English is not very good, can anyone tell me what is “learn” in “defender learns on you” mean

  7. I gree that the sky hook and fade away moves are ranked at C because they are tough to make, but let's be honest if you have 100% control of that moves you become unstoppable, look MJ, Kobe and Dirk with the fade and Kareem with the sky hook what they got

  8. Most one dribble spins are travels. If you lift your pivot before the ball is released from your hand it is by the book a travel, however, done fast/aggressive enough refs will miss it.
