People who remember the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s were asking for THOSE jerseys, or similar variations of those jerseys, with the classic “76ers inside a ball” logo to come back for many years (after the abominations in the photo above were released) and we finally got our wish in the early 2010s.
I would like to see the 76ers bring back the 1980s style red road jerseys as an alternate.

Actually was never a fan of these jerseys. Just wasnt shaped right at the shoulders and the logo doesnt make it timeless. (I think this came out in 1997)

I love these but probably mainly for nostalgia reasons. I do think that they should try to bring them back once or twice a season, considering we already have like 5 different jersey designs, but maybe that’s just me.

The city jerseys are supposed to be designed around something that represents the NBA’s teams city, right? The Spectrum and Boat House Row jerseys did that, so I hope they bring this back and implement something about Philly we can appreciate on a jersey.
Something like a giant cheesesteak.
Jk. Anything representative of history, culture, etc,. Something to rep China Town would be cool, but that is probably ruined based on the controversy of the new stadium there.

To be honest, this jersey is one of the few things I didn’t like about that era in Sixers history and I don’t care if they bring it back.
The Sixers have an American Revolution-themed team name. Red, white and blue are better colors for them than black and gold.
