Eh it was more of a situation where the ownership asked for a amount of money they knew was unrealistic in order to have a reason to move where the ownership group was located which was OKC. We shouldn’t be fighting billionaires battles for them, OKC deserves a team and Seattle deserves one.

I love the Thunder, but started as a Sonics fan and if you don’t think there was some shady shit that went down with DStern and the owners group with how this team got moved, you’re fooling yourself. It sucks that the fans in OKC have to take flack for how the deal was struck, but Seattle had (and continues to have) a great sports fan base and that included basketball.
This had zero to do with the fans, and everything to do with ownership and the relationship the former commissioner of the NBA had with Clay Bennett and his friends.
