I actually just watched this for the first time. You can thank AI for the L. He played so, so terribly. He tried again and again to just force acrobatic layups over the entire Argentina team that had no shot of ever going in… he was terrible.
AI and Marbury were just about the worst fit as PGs in international play. Put Kidd there with someone like Billups and they win gold.
