Power rankings mean nothing. All that matters is what place the kings are at the end of the season. As long as kings make the playoffs then we will see how it goes from there too.
Power rankings are really nonsense but other teams improved more dramatically kings just wanted to run it back pretty much I predict a regression to 41-42 wins Grizzlies are solid deuce they are getting Steven Adams back he makes a huge difference they were solid with him & jaren Jackson Jr defense was stellar them & Twolves give kings major problems Smart will hold it down while Ja is out

Better this than having ESPN put a league-wide bull's eye on this team's back by coronating us as The Next Great Contender™. If people want to disrespect & underestimate this team, let them do so at their own peril. I'm fine with taking the league by surprise a second year in a row.

Lakers are old! They position themselves to avoid the Nuggets or else they would’ve been a first round knockout. Golden State wasted all their energy on facing the kings in the first round. If we won the first round I believe our up-tempo our fence would’ve beaten the slow paced Lakers! Just ESPN showing all of the Lakers love and we get none!
Kings easily have one of the deepest teams Deuce is right.
Kings were top 9-12 def rtg on the road. That shows they CAN defend, as did the playoffs big time. We increased length. Athleticism in spots. Mike Brown had a gsw squad with Wiggins and Green being the only good defenders as number 2 def rtg. He can get the Kings to be top 15 easy and that’s all they need. Team defense improves as chemistry and familiarity improves. Just another positive of keeping the squad together. One of many
I looked at the list and the only minor issue i see is the Clippers at 11 and maybe you can move the Kings up one spot. Again this is a off season guess and doesn't mean much at all.
If any other team with a young core who previously placed 3rd in the West with the coach of the year, most clutch player of the year, two all NBA players, a player who made the most 3s by a rookie ever who's looking like he's about to have a break out year, and added the reigning Euro MVP as well as bringing back all the other key players from last year, there'd be NO QUESTION that they'd deserve to be ranked way higher by ESPN.
Morgan looks different. Idk what it is. It looks good. BTW I totally agree with you deuce. The kings have a very good roster, I think we have a better roster then the warriors. We only lost that series because we didn't shot to our averages in any areas. I love our depth

I think a lotta teams in the west have passed the Clips by. Healthy or not I don’t have them top 6.
Other teams,that weren’t healthy at all last year,can easily move up the ladder…(NO,Minne,Dallas)…..plus the rest mentioned
