  1. Billy Donovan should definitely be on the hot seat! We need a coach that can utilize their players better, and if they are playing like shit he encourage and motivates them to play better simple as that!

  2. You are right on point with your assessment of Billy, I share the exact same sentiments, the proof is there, we all see it some fans just dnt want to come to grips wih it! The owners and Front office will continue to jog this team in place as long as they keep Billy and I’m sure they can clearly see this if it’s apparent to fans who understand the game my guess is the owners call to management is to just keep them “competitive” keep fans coming thru those turnstiles

  3. Billy will remain the coach and everything will be okay as long as Coby, P. Will, and Ayo take the next step toward greatness. Other than that Billy's on borrowed time with the Bulls.

  4. He should have been out last year. This organization should thank god they lucked out with Mike or else they would never have a ship as a franchise. It’s insanity how they make their mistakes

  5. Ok, about AKME doubling down, like, what would you rather have them say? The vooch trade: you cant just tell the public that the trade didnt work out for you. What kind of message does that send to the team? And for the rest of the league if youre trying to keep his trade value up? Same thing with their support for Billy. Yes, you make a good point about the inaction at the trade deadline but in terms of press conferences there's just no better way to handle it imo

  6. I think Billy got a three year extension. If the team doesn't make significant progress in the next two seasons, I think they'll let him go and rebuild the whole team.

Oh and Jerry and Billy have a good relationship too….

  7. I'm still baffled they extended him. I only hoped he's here to steer the franchise to the right direction and I didn't expect him to drive them to a championship. I don't think he can.

My BD hot take is that his playoff success is due to how good the players he had, not his coaching. I think he can only go as far as his best player can carry him.

  8. his rotations are what bothers me. Our lineups are always too small and he doesnt let drummond get any minutes

  9. The Bulls are too cowardly enough to fire this man, but he should've been fired already to me. You look at everybody else that has been fired, majority of the coaches even having under-performed have done much more than Billy Donovan. I can't stand this man nor do i trust him, he hasn't won and has failed to develop young talent on top of it…..he simply has undeperformed.

  10. Billy Donovan shouldn't have got that 'secret' extension at the beginning of the season. The Bulls Front Office should've evaluated how the season would go, and most likely should not have brought him back after this recent season. I actually wanted a fresh new coach like Adrian Griffith Sr. or Nick Nurse, but they've got signed. I guess we're going forward with Donovan, but I also see some tension and rumors that Clippers Head Coach, Ty Lue, wasn't sure about his future with the Clippers. Ty Lue doesn't get the credit get deserves sometimes because his reputation of being overshadowed by 'Coach LeBron' back at 2016, but he actually is a nice coach to have.

  11. I'll say this about the reflections on the Vuc trade.

They are not going to say anything while Vuc is on the team.

You can't say, "Yeah, in retrospect, this guy wasn't worth what we traded."

So, can we stop sitting around and waiting for the team to admit this or that about that trade?

Everybody knows what the truth is about the trade. We have our own little specific version opinions about it, but they overpaid.

    Let's let it go.
