Sabonis and Huerter may not have balled out in the playoffs, but they are key pieces to get you in the dance to begin with.
Domas only needs to work on that right hand and middy jumper. That way he will be more of a threat. However, if vezenkov is as advertised and keegan takes a step forward, we just need domas to rebound and play make like he already does.

Sabonis is the most overrated NBA player if you think about it he made All NBA over guys like Bam and AD and played HORRIBLE in the playoffs and isn't elite at anything but rebounding and that isn't much.
He’s overrated? Swap him and Kevon Looney on the 2 teams, and watch how quickly they call the Warriors title favorites.

And heck, Sabonis feeding Vezenkov alone is gonna be stat-padding heaven. Two big guys who can rebound, one of them an expert passer and post-up player, the other an expert cutter and outside shooter?
Sabonis got exposed in the playoffs and it showed all his flaws to the world. And he has alot of flaws, plus his bad defense and lack of defensive aggression doesn't help either.

Sabonis is good but money is made in the playoffs can't be getting outplayed by Looney if your 3rd team all NBA regular season doesn't mean much matt you said it yourself Sabonis could average 30 & 20 but if you can't do anything in the playoffs it means squat all regular season stats do is get you paid good news is Sabonis can prove all the naysayers wrong if he can lead the kings to some series victories in no way shape or form is Sabonis overrated though just has to justify that massive contract now……go kings go Sabonis 👍

No worries, to be over rated also means you are rated.. rated higher than most. It's the writers opinion that Sabonis isn't great, but he is way above average for sure. Not a big deal.
Draymond Green is the lead playmaker for Golden state but Curry is the #1 its the same with the Kings Sabonis is in the Draymond role and that is perfectly fine.
Is it disrespectful yes. Am I surprised not at all. People see a narrative and run with it. It’s lazy writing and it’s easy to continue clown the Kings and Kings players because of the past. We all saw it when the Kings traded Tyrese. Nobody talked about him and as soon as he gets traded the Kings just gave up a prime Magic Johnson and the next coming of Jordan.
