I really don’t like the way the NBA has treated Dame. Idk if somebody high up doesn’t like him 😂 it’s so weird that of the long list of players that have tried to force a trade (decrease their value, gain weight, fake injuries) Dame is the one that gets the tap on the wrist. I also felt a type of way when he dropped 71 and was IMMEDIATELY drug tested (they didn’t do that to Mitchell or Brunson)

Can you guys help me understand. This guy is amazing(Dame). But if the team has the right to trade him to any team they want, he has to play for that team. Indicating that he won't play(or play well) seems like a violation of his contract and a scare tactic. It's one thing to make his desires of where he does and doesnt want to go. I don't feel it's right for him to scare teams into not entertaining trades with his current team so that his team has no choice but to trade with miami.

The Ben Simmons and James Harden drama of recent years is why the NBA is doing this. They're tired of seeing players sign for max money and then purposely undermine their teams to get what they want. Not saying that's who Dame is, I'm saying that's what the NBA is afraid of and tired of seeing happening in their league.
