3rd quarter, Game 7, 2016 Finals. JR single-handedly kept the second half from turning into an unofficial coronation ceremony for the Warriors.

Idk about favorite but I certainly know my least favorite.

I’ll never forget when he was on the Knicks and posted that “Black Friday” thing

I just spent about half an hour looking for the specific highlight unsuccessfully. But He had just finished a 3 point barrage against some unsuspecting victim. He then hit another 3 from the corner, and the defender was late on the closeout. As the defender flies by him and the ball swishes, I distinctly remember JR looking right at the defender and giving him the same shrug that Heath Ledger’s Joker gives when the hospital doesn’t blow up. Like “come on, please guard me”

JR was aweome. A throw in that turned into a championship. And the parade
The correct answer is the famous third quarter of G7 in the 2016 Finals, but how about what he did to the Hawks in G2 of the ECSF that year? He had 23 pts on 7/13 from three and made some absolute circus shots. Do yourself a favor and watch the highlights. One of the all time JR games.
He’ll always be one of my favorite Cavs, particularly because he gave so much effort as a perimeter defender on those teams on top of making insane JR shots. I’ll never forget his speech after game seven of the 2016 Finals either.

Man do I love JR Swish
Much respect for his game 7 heroics
But, he is the only player that has made me go on a run at 3 am

Obviously it’s his 8 points against GSW in Game 7.
Close second: 2015-16 preseason game down in Columbus. I worked for OSU and had access to the Schott so I was able to watch the game for free in my little booth. I did the same thing The first year LeBron came back, got to dap him up because he was the last one to the bus. It was very symbolic in a way because it was almost like all the nasty shit I had said about him the four years prior was all forgiven. Flash forward to his second year back. After the game, I had my OSU credential on and went down to where the press was interviewing players postgame. (The “Act like you belong, and keep your mouth shut” strategy kept me down there—some idiot managed to get down there and started taking selfies with players he got asked to leave) I stood next to Fred McLeod and Windy and was in the press scrum. Pretty funny looking back.
I start heading towards the buses before the team gets on. JR and LeBron get to the buses a bunch of people crowd around LeBron leaving just JR. I looked and him and he looked at me. I held out my fist for a dap. He oblidged, and I said,” I’ll really glad you’re a cavalier.”
“Yeah, Me too.”
That’s it. I wish that I could say that we rolled up, drink some Henny, played 18 holes, hit the club. Nope, just a real quick interaction, no picture or autograph (seems so cringy to me). He seems like a genuinely nice guy. Life dream would be to play 18 holes with the dude.

Swish is prolly my all time favorite Cavalier. 2016 game 7, 3rd quarter was huge!

The obvious answer is the opening of the second half in game 7 of the 2016 finals.
But a *VERY* close second is in the 2017 playoffs when the Cavs were on the verge of taking the largest halftime lead in playoff history (40) versus the Celtics and were up 39 with basically no time left to get a shot off. The commentator said something along the lines of “ah well I guess Cleveland won’t get the rec-“ right as JR hit the absolute stupidest lob to the rim you will ever see. Nothing but net. Cavs go up 41. I was beside myself.
