>In Friday’s loss to the Select Team, Cam Johnson was the fifth starter. But in Team USA’s commanding 84-61 win over the Select Team in three, 10-minute periods, [Anthony Edwards](https://theathletic.com/nba/player/anthony-edwards-od38ONt5aEAWM6H0/) opened with the starting unit. The next time the Americans play will be their first exhibition game, at 10:30 p.m. Monday against Puerto Rico, and if consistency in scrimmages means anything the starters will probably come out of those six.

Shocking none of us
Color me surprised, losing respect for Kerr by the minute lol
I am choosing Steve Kerr went the Michael Jordan route when they lost in 92 to the select team. Sat ant to make it interesting. I don’t know how you start cam over ant.
I’m worried about ants playmaking. In the scrimmage clips from today he had 4 TO and a bunch the last two days too
In an interview a day or two ago, Kerr said they had like 10 different starting lineups written up and that nothing was close to being set in stone.
Ant should punch Kerr like MJ did next time he tries to do that shit again
