    People only hate on the Suns because it's one of the biggest trends. People hate them even MORE because of the personnel. Fans still hold a grudge against KD, so wherever he goes, the hate train rides along with him and the team he's on. Only people I can really see hating Book are Luka or Mavs fans, what with all the history those two have. All in all, Suns only get hate because no one wants to see any of those guys win a ring, which is laughable. With every great move the Suns have made this offseason, critics and haters alike have dug down deep and found every excuse there is to downplay or discredit them. Some even going as far as to say they're not contenders at all.

    PG tried to bait Klay into throwing shade at Booker and it didn't work. Instead of just asking Klay a question and allowing him to organically answer the question, he chooses to bring up Booker to sway Klay into talking about him. Now well never know whether Klay would've brought Booker up on his own. These are the same hypocrites that would go against PG in a heartbeat had it been their favorite player's name that was brought up in that conversation

    At this point Book shouldn’t have responded like that because that means he’s low key petty 😂. But I think we just have to get used to the hate no matter how much people hate. I kinda had the same mentality with the Grizzlies and didn’t like them when the whole “fine in the west” stuff happened. Dillion Brooks didn’t make it better with him being arrogant. Now IDC. You have to admit D Book is still young. I remember he’s done some childish antics, “the Raptor mascot, stealing the ball from Luka after a timeout or what ever, etc. No team or player is perfect but it’s the internet. I don’t care what people say but I HOPE, our players like DA ignore that stuff and focus on themselves. None of this hate will matter unless we win a championship or in the next 3 years fail. Until then, we just wait.

    Hey Suns Geek, I've been a Suns fan since 78'. They have always been hating on us, saying we are "soft." This happened until the 90s when Sir Charles Barkley showed up from Philly and started throwing mo-fo's through windows. They shut up real quick. I think in the basketball macho culture people only respect power, domination, skill, winning, or high ethical people. Its not easy winning people over. Devin Booker has to keep rising higher, keep doing what he does.

    When you have haters, you know you are great & worth talking about. Idk didnt Devin Booker have out of this world splits in the playoffs last year. I remember him shooting like 70% in several games & unfort feel like he was the only one who consistantly balled out

    Personally this is why I got off social media, it’s true for most posts that the negative comments get the most likes. There were other reasons but I’m glad I’m not a part of it, I think it’s better not to see negativity all the time. (KD could learn something from that lol) Now the hate is funny to me bc u have to b casual or like baiting to not respect booker. I really only fw YT

    I thought book was j asking what the comment was for, I mean PG had his name in his mouth. The ppl tryna get book are the same ones who were saying ‘playoff P’ when it was cool to hate on him. If this happened back then they’d b clowning PG.. ‘if the shoe was on the other foot’ lol

    Look as a Suns fan I do believe it’s time for the talking to stop & it’s time to perform at that superstar level.
    I feel like the Suns were getting comfortable & a lot of trash talk was happening instead of being locked in on the goal.
    I need Book to be on some Mamba Mentality type vibe. Trash talking like this helps players get fired up but it’s also a sign of emotional immaturity.
    Book two years in a row avoided the press conference after his elimination. He performed TERRIBLY both elimination games but later will tweet something cryptic. That’s childish. This is not the mindset of champions. If we study the best, it’s the DEFEATS that ignited their killer mentality & its those painful conversations one faces after losing which allows you to grow. Giannis didn’t behave this way. He ate the loss like a man & feeling those moments of pain is what polishes & forces you to get to the next level.
    I think Book has some growing up to do but God willing I think it’s this season that’s it’s going to happen.
    He needs to have more humility & realize that he is one hamstring injury away from sitting out 9 weeks again.
    God doesn’t like boastful & arrogant people. He must develop more humility.
