Can the Charlotte Hornets rely on their G League system? With Mark Williams coming out of the G League as a completely brand new player than he was at the beginning of the last season. But will that system work for everyone? There are quite a few Hornets players that the G League has not been too kind to. Can the Hornets use Mark Williams as an example or is he just an outlier?

Mark Williams is literally the only example of sending someone to our G-League team ACTUALLY helped with improving them. Our Summer League team was straight garbage, G-League isn't much help with developing our players noticeably… IMO the hornets need to fully gut their coaching staff from top to bottom and bring in staff with a real, proven track record of developing talent efficiently.
