There are so many coaches and assistants that move between teams – don’t they all have knowledge of their previous employers?
Basically all comes down to the Synergy Sports account. If there’s actually Knick proprietary info on there it’s an issue.
Otherwise, Synergy is a subscription software. The Raptors presumably also have it so don’t see why he can’t use the software to get the same datasets he used at the Knicks. If it’s the latter it’s a huge nothingburger and Dolan looks like the petty fool he is

They went to the Raptors and NBA with the accusations before filing. They never settled internally, which is odd. Usually the NBA will do their own investigation and will punish the offender themselves. I don’t ever recall an open lawsuit like this in the NBA.
