Led by Jaylen Brown’s 31 points, the Boston Celtics defeated the Atlanta Hawks in Game 4, 129-121. Jayson Tatum added 31 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists for the Celtics in the victory, while Trae Young led all scorers with 35 points and 15 assists for the Hawks. The Celtics now lead this best-of-seven series, 3-1, with Game 5 taking place on Tuesday, April 25 (7:30 p.m., ET, TNT).

Trae Young is the first player in Atlanta Hawks franchise history to score 35 points and have 15 assists in a Playoff game.

Trae Young’s 21 points in the 4th quarter set a new Hawks franchise record for points in a quarter in the playoffs, previously:
Joe Johnson, 20 points – 04/28/2008, ATL v BOS

With his 10th 30-point game in the Playoffs, Trae Young becomes the 5th player in Hawks franchise history to record 10 or more 30-point games:
1. Bob Pettit – 33
2. Dominique Wilkins – 17
3. Cliff Hagan – 12
4. Lou Hudson – 12
5. Trae Young – 10

  1. easy game, but I don't know celtics. Atl had no defense, and you barely managed to win, this should have been more like a workout. I'm no longer feeling the Celtics to take it all.

  2. Celtics have too deep of a roster but kudos to the Hawks for giving them a fight! The Hawks are maybe 1 or 2 pieces away from being legit contenders.

  3. Great game and great efforts on both sides!! 🙌💯props to trae young on 35 points,3 rebounds,15 assists,2 steals 🔥🔥 and Brown and Tatum with 31 points 🔥🔥

  4. this has to be the least attention series ever lmao only people invested in this is the fans of those teams 😂

  5. When Jaylen dunked that fast break I swear that was the loudest away pop I’ve heard from a crowd in a while. Celtics fans are next level. ☘️

  6. Celtics suck. It’s funny how people always make the excuse that they are playing down to the competition. Maybe the real truth is they ain’t champions!!! always a bridesmaid never a bride, Jayson Tatum will become the Charles Barkley of this generation
