FWIW, while this is indeed extremely funny, it isn’t really *too* unusual for this type of suit. I’m not that familiar with Walden Macht as a firm, but given their profile– and given who James Dolan is– I’d have been surprised if they didn’t throw shade like this in the initial complaint.
Anyway the whole thing is fucking hilarious and I don’t care how petty it might seem.
