Giannis on his next contract: “I would not be the best version of myself if I don’t know that everybody’s on the same page, everybody’s going for a championship, everybody’s going to sacrifice time away from their family like I do. And if I don’t feel that, I’m not signing.”

Article title: Giannis Antetokounmpo Wants It All. Even if It’s Not in Milwaukee.
He just wants to win it seems like ! Also is this a shot at the locker room?!
*CONCERN*
This article/interview is consistent with what he’s always said. As long as he sees the organization trying to win and everyone around him is putting in the effort, he’s happy to stay.
Of course, everyone is going to go wild with a couple of the quotes in here without the surrounding context, but that’s fine. We all know what’s up.
The whole media can’t stand that he’s in Milwaukee. It’s kind of crazy.
Personally, I think if the Bucks win another one, Giannis takes the extension and then retires to spend time with his kids and rake in the dough from all of his investments.
I don’t see a problem with that. If your leaders is going balls to the wall every season, the rest of the franchise has to follow.
Why is he even doing this piece….this is not great
He’s always held this position, don’t think it much to speculate about.
He won us a championship something I never thought I would see as a kid growing up in the 90s. Whatever choice he makes I will always root for him.
The Bucks are old and on the verge of a significant roster overhaul. If they botch it he’s gone. But even if he wanted to leave he’ll still probably sign the ultra-max contract and get traded.
Hasn’t that always been Giannis general opinion on things? Everyone better be trying to put in as much effort as me or I’m out? This doesn’t seem like anything new.
“Okay, here we go again.”
This seems Haslem related….
I feel as if I’m being prepared for something I won’t like…
I don’t care. He’s done so much for the city and organization that if he ever leaves, I would still support him 100%.
