  1. Surprised Amit didn't correct Chris when he said that we've never heard any concerns about Scottie's work ethic or character, because the truth is that we have. Doug Smith reported that there were players on the team (*cough Fred *cough) who felt he was/is entitled. We never heard this prior to his second season with the Raptors but all of a sudden this is what was being reported by Doug.

  2. @Amit, I am assuming that you have inside sources in the Raps org. & media, like I do? You have called out that clown Oliver on his B.S., because that effects the credibility of your show. Oliver said Scotties discipline, work ethic has never been questioned? What planet is that Chris Oliver from? I have been listening to my Raps sources, and other inside sources complaining all summer about Barnes work ethic, and that he has not trained hard enough. I am sure you have heard the same. We also know that the Raps vets often got pissed off with Scottie, for not working hard enough, not warming up, etc … We also know that Masai, had to meet twice with Scottie last season to discuss his bad attitude, and work ethic. It is well know that Barnes has a very big and frustrating problem of not listening to people, including his trainer. Amit, I know you know this, and you should of called out that lightweight Oliver, on his misinformation, and lack of facts.
Oliver, talked about the Raps org. being involved in Scotties training this summer, blah, blah … Clearly he speaks from his imagination, rather than basing anything on facts. The Buzz nearing the end of this off season, is that the Raps messed up on Barnes development. Insiders are saying that the Raps were a great development org., in the past, but not anymore. The changes they have made to their development staff in the past few years, has degraded their development staff, and now it is almost non existent.
Insiders, even other teams scouts, etc … have been shocked at Scotties lack of development in the off season. Even Niang's trainer said he was surprised that Barnes has not learn some of the very basics like footwork, dribble techniques, etc … I actually had a Raps media person send me a set of video clips, of Scottie repeatedly turning the ball over play, after play, in his pick up games because of his high dribble, poor footwork, and he can only dribble with 1 hand. And he wants to be a PG, LOL? And we all have seen the clips of Scottie missing close in shot, after close in shot. Scottie, has a lot of natural talent, but many have been questioning if he has the character to take it to the next level.
Amit, for the sake of the credibility of your show, please bring on a better quality of guest. If you use lightweights like Oliver, your show will get a rep as being a lightweight show.

  3. work ethic has been put into question whether we know the exact details … thats another story but its been called into question Masai himself admitted to having gone down early season. Before the crazies come in and yell at me I am personally not outlining that he is not a hard worker but it has been called into question.
