(King) After the acquisition, the Celtics still have one more available roster spot plus further flexibility with Banton’s deal only partially guaranteed and Luke Kornet on a non-guaranteed contract. They are still considering veterans for the final spot, a team source indicated.

Honestly I don’t get why we didn’t try go after Langford.
Especially seeing how Hauser was shelved in the playoffs
Do you guys think we’re getting a big or a wing?
I’ve seen people suggesting Banton doesn’t make the roster, but considering how flexible his contract is I’d imagine he’d have to really show them nothing to cut him before the season.
His size and skill set is intriguing in a guard. Brad has seemed to prioritize length and Banton is still young enough to have some untapped potential.
Man I really just want Blake back for the vibes, not really expecting a 15th man to provide anything more than that.
