Never seen it as "rivalry" with the Jays, it's more a case of "synergy" — or lack thereof. Can they do it? Sure. But they gotta find a way to hoop together and make that total equal more than the sum of the parts.
Hate to be negative but can we just cut to the chase – the part where Porzingas gets hurt the Celtics blow another Eastern conference crown ( unless maybe Jason Tatum grows into Kevin Durant stature – and even that might not be enough) and hopefully it doesnt become an excuse to keep Mazulla on for ANOTHER season ( they should have gotten rid of HIM last year instead of blowing up the key parts of the nucleus ) and we move on to Sam Casell as head coach hopefully BEFORE the playoffs – Joe had his chance last year- or maybe even we can interest Rajon Rondo into coaching – especially coaching the Celtics – as destiny is written!
I did not like Ken Mauer. I remember that infamous game vs. Phoenix in 2003 where Tommy Heinsohn went off on him. Every call went against the C's. One of the worst one-sided officiated games I've ever seen.
