What kind of stats would Zach or DeMar have to have in order to get on this new Dream Team?

Not just considered, but for them to actually be chosen.

If they have those kinds stats, then our record must have been good.

LeNickFury out here assembling the Avengers

DeMar has zero chance if all these superstars play. Team USA will have enough scorers and will be looking to fill the end of the bench with two-way role player types.

Zach has an outside chance to be a bench scorer (6th/7th man) like in 2020, but again only if he outplays the likes of Ant and Booker.

My guess is next year’s starting lineup is something like Steph Booker LeBron Durant Davis with Tatum, Ant Bam as the main guys off the bench

Deebo should be allowed on this team for the pure fact that he needs another chance to recreate the 360 poster but actually finish it this time

shooting guard is a stacked position, has to be 25+ ppg on 60% TS or higher

They need a good defensive C, so if Zach can average 11+ rebounds and 3+ blocks per game he will be selected for sure

I think Zach has a way better chance due to his shooting and slight edge as a defender. That being said, I don’t see either having a great chance. This team USA won’t really need what either specializes in, if either was an elite defender or better playmaker I’d like their chances a lot more, but that’s not the case.

I think Zach would be a guy they invite since he was on the 2020 Olympic team that won Gold.

From what i heard everyone enjoyed having zach on the team in 2020, if he’s down id bet he gets the invite. i don’t think he has to prove anything additional at this point.

They need some bigs. Anthony Davis is a must

  10. I selfishly don’t want Zach to be on that team, he will be 29 years old at that point. There is nothing he can do there that will improve his game AND we all know Zach is not the most durable player out there. Now Patrick Williams on the other hand…👀

Team building is more than just names and numbers. Having a group of players who work well together and bring valuable skills matters. Mitchell Robinson isn’t a star, but is still a player plenty of GMs would kill for.

Zach and Demar don’t bring you anything special. They’re decent volume scorers. Cool. There are 50 guys who can do that. They aren’t great playmakers, they aren’t great defenders, they aren’t great rebounders, they aren’t HOF level 3 point shooters. In terms of skill sets you want on a team, they ain’t got it. Devin Booker is better than Zach in every way, and Jimmy Butler is better than Demar in every way that matters.

TL;DR they aren’t making team USA and I cannot wait till they get off the bulls because holy shit they are so boring to root for

Neither have a chance bro, they’re not in that elite tier of nba players.
