I’m guessing the twisting lines on the waistband refer to the braided cables used in the Golden Gate Bridge. Could be any suspension bridge like the Bay Bridge, of course, but the San Francisco on the front is pulling me toward the Golden Gate Bridge.
No idea what the little symbol at the front of the waistband is about.
