Shams: “I’m told Dwight Howard has expressed to teams that he’s ready to bring a positive team-first mentality. The Warriors have explored signing a vet big man. Toney Bradley is another guy along with Dewayne Dedmon and Derrick Favors.” (via Stadium – 1:12)

I like favors, who does everyone else want?

  2. His attitude was the concern like 5 years ago lol. Pre-Lakers championship.

The concern now is if he’s any good on the court at this age.

Steve went overseas and once again saw how hard it is to win when you can’t rebound. Happy this man has come to his senses that we desperately need some size

Please be true. Signing Dwight I wouldn’t not be mad at if he gives it his all. Provides some help with defensive rebounds which was obvious last season and playoffs

I think I might be down with the candyman

I think I’d rather have Tony Bradley or Derrick Favors. Not really about Dwight’s attitude for me, it’s more about Dwight being old as hell and completely washed by now. I really doubt he can contribute at any level in the NBA. And yes, I realize Bradley and Favors also suck.

I kinda want boogie, but I have a soft spot in my head for him. He’s had a lot of unfortunate circumstances in his career.

We’re not going to land a talented Center who can give >20 MPG in any case. Legit NBA size with strong rebounding and defense for 15 MPG is fine, and that could be Dwight.

The other option is backing off a little on defense and rebounding, but getting a Center with enough range on offense to open up the floor beyond what a Dray / Looney rotation can do. That’s Saric to some degree, but we still need the depth and stronger defense than what Dario can.
