Nuggets insta posted some pictures of our guys filming some stuff for social media with no sponsor patches on the jerseys. Looking back they haven’t included the patch on any of their social media edits since the season ended.
I looked into it and the Western Union sponsorship only ran through last season.
Who do we think will sponsor the next patch? Do we want WU back or someone else?

Good. That’s one trashy ass sponsor. Also, why does NBA have the lamest uniform sponsors known to man?
I never understand this whole “sponsoring” thing. How many people really say, “I’m going to use this company because they sponsor my team’s jerseys” (or slap their ads all over the stadium, or run their ads in every commercial break…)
I guess some marketing heads ran the numbers and found that it was worth it, I just have a hard time wrapping my brain around it. If anything, any company that annoys me enough with their advertising ensures that I will never give them my money.
