I was more impressed that it worked as much as it did. Thibs’ offense isn’t very complex. It was essentially “Brunson/Julius (occasionally RJ) try to make something happen”. When you get to playoff time, it’s easy for the opposition to clamp us down.

Our offense doesn’t work in the playoffs because we primarily rely on isolation play and play tougher defenses. The offensive rebounding imo isn’t indicative of how good the offense is playing. That just tells me Mitch is one of the best rebounders in the game. One star they don’t mention is we are pretty much and have been bottom 5 in every single passing category.
