Real talk. If the Clippers had won it that year we would never hear the end of it. It was actually a disadvantage for LAL given they were a top seed, and with everyone healthy and only focused on basketball, that eliminated a lot of other variables. It’s just because the Lakers won it that people try to discredit it.
