Talentwise, this a deep playoff run big 3. But….it was clear dipo didn’t want to be here, CWood wouldn’t take direction so he could never address deficiencies, and Wall’s injuries didn’t wear well. The WOW lineup is such an interesting footnote in Rockets history.

We had one game with all three 85% or more healthy.
I want to say a day or two after WOW became something to boast about, Oladipo got hurt and was never seen again on the court playing like a all star for us. Wall steadily got worst in his shot selection and health as that season moved on. Wood was out for a bit too not long after Victor left but came back and he plus Olynck actually seemed good together, but they played no defense. That unique pairing led to us trying the Wood + Thies twin towers combo which didn’t work.
