IMO what Giannis is saying is that he doesn’t believe in Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday as his #2 and #3. Yes they won a title but fact is they got incredibly lucky, if KD had just been one inch away from the 3 point line and the Bucks would’ve gone down. Plus Kawhi Leonard got injured meaning they didn’t have to face him in the finals.
Giannis is right to not have faith in Middleton and Holiday because they’re just not those guys anymore. They’re getting old while the East is getting young and I don’t see them beating Boston or Miami with Dame Lillard.
If you ask me it’s either Knicks or Golden State and we have the advantage because we have better assets than the Warriors.
