nba history says u cant compete with 2 secondary options on a title team in the nba, ppl should look at lillards playoffs numbers and impact, and even siakam has a spotty playoff track record when he is not playing with an all time playoff player in kawhi. You need a player that can be the best player on a title team and dame cant be that and pascal ofc cant be that.

Precious and gradey is more appealing then jovic and jaquez, and gtj and herro are pretty similar. If Miami includes Caleb Martin in a multi team deal that’ll change that tho
As a Portland fan, I would love to see Dame in Toronto for a multitude of reasons. (1) I covet the return assets for my team first and foremost. if it’s OG, Trent, Boucher and a first, that has big upleveling impact to Rip City. (2) Pascal, Barnes, and Dame would DOMINATE in the East. No worse than a 3 seed. And super fun basketball to watch. Dame is a warrior.
Dame is not interested in paying the taxes which is a significant amount of $$$ for playing for TOR. Its going to get real messy. Dame Cuz already share that news. Why would TOR mortgate there future with a very expensive contract where 36 years making 65m a year.
Not worth it. They could get picks for OG and Piscal or Scottie. You trade OG at the trade deadline and get max value 2-3 first round pick. We Dennis the world Champion as PG.

A package centered around Barnes makes the most sense. OG is the perfect 3 for that team and Scottie could grow with Scoot, Ant, and Shaedon. Spacing for Toronto gets much better with one of the absolute best shooters in the league and is locked down for several years. Barnes would be perfect for the Blazers rebuild and could grow with the other young players. It makes too much sense, but the Raptors might not do it because they wouldn't be a tier 1 contender. Dame is likely the best they could get though…
