I listened to Bill Simmons’ show this morning. Basically, saying in the same show how Masai values his guys too highly, but Miami is so wise to keep their options open. Whatever narrative fits your preconceived notions is what people go with. Engaging in trade discussions is not the same as withdrawing an offer after it’s already made. I highly doubt the latter is actually happening.
