Being in Milwaukee…I don't believe Giannis was ever going to leave..All he said was he wants the front office and teammates to continue the winning attitude…I know the national media wants him to go to a big city(they always have)..People are twisting what he said..Giannis isn't leaving…Do people actually think he's going to leave Dame in a yr..STOP IT!!!
I love Jrue, but he also said that he was planning to retire once his current contract ends (player option after this season). He backtracked that statement once he caught wind that Milwaukee was serious about trading for Dame. Sometimes guys can overplay their hand. I wish him the best, but he played himself if he really wanted to stay with the Bucks.

I do feel for Jrue but at the same time he did win a ring with the Bucks so he accomplished his goal. He was on an expiring contract and they decided they weren't going to commit to him further so might as well trade him for what you can. We all love Jrue still and he'll have his number retired by the Bucks when he decides he's done.
dame doesnt have a history of injuries. his last few seasons in portland are just an example of why the anti-load management rules were implemented. dame would get hurt, recover but the blazers would just sit him than play him.

Dan is being disingenuous because last year Dame sat out a bunch of games when Portland decided to tank. He was completely healthy for those games.
