I have heard alot of things about Rich, definitely a figurehead in the entertainment industry, I see why KD trusts him so much.
Appreciate seeing & hearing the otherside of it to get a better prospective.
I find it genuinely comedic how KD and all his associates try and spin joining the 73-win team he just blew a 3-1 WCF lead to, as some profound thought process. No, he literally joined an absolute loaded juggernaut to stack the deck and guarantee a ring. Hence why left. It didn't fulfill. He knows what the whole league knows – NOBODY respects those two front-running rings. KD KNOWS it the most.
Im sure its a great episode and im a huge fan but i think they need to mix in some big names quicker hopefully next episode to get them numbers up
Epsidoes with athletes and musicians might beore entertaining, for sure… But there are some of us that do appreciate and even enjoy hearing from from people that don't play on the court or at half time… That enjoy learning about the busjness side…
Because the NBA, at the end of the day, is a business as we all like to say. That's why players only get half of BRI (basketball related income)… and if you're a student of the game who wants a handle on the whole business of pro hoops, you might wanna know where that other half of the pot goes and how decisons are made about all that cash.
The money moves off the court directly impact the product on the court. Not caring about the business side of the ball is like being a chef who doesn't know where his ingredients are sourced from.
What a guest – I loved this
Its nice to see all aspects of the game. Just because you don't play on a team doesn't mean you can't be affiliated.
